Pre Trip Planning

A few weeks back Steph and I spent a cold Tuesday laying out some serious plans. We spent about 13 hours figuring out our basic travel routes and itinerary, within the 4 countries.

We also had a very serious discussion on color coding....

In case you were wondering Pink-Argentina, Yellow- Chile, Orange- Bolivia, Green- Brazil.

I think we made some good choices.

So 13 hours later and all the days since that cold planning Tuesday, this is what we have decided....

day 1- Half day in Buenos Aires

day 2- Buenos Aires, Argentina

day 3- Buenos Aires, Argentina

day 4- Cordoba, Argentina

day 5- Cordoba, Argentina

day 6- Mendoza, Argentina

day 7- Mendoza, Argentina

day 8- Half day in Santiago, Chile

day 9- Valpariso, Chile

day 10- Travel day/ Valdivia, Chile

day 11- Valdivia, Chile

day 12- Panguipulli, Chile

day 13- Panguipulli, Chile

day 14- Travel Day/ Half day in Santiago, Chile

day 15- Travel day on bus from Chile to Bolivia/ La Paz, Bolivia

day 16- Lake Titicaca/ La Paz, Bolivia

day 17- La Paz Bolivia

day 18- Salar de Uyuni (salt flats), Bolivia

day 19- Salar de Uyuni (salt flats), Bolivia

day 20- Salar de Uyuni (salt flats), Bolivia

day 21- Travel day to Brazil/ Iguaza Falls

day 22- Iguaza Falls, Brazil

day 23- Half day in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

day 24- Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

day 25- Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

day 26- Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

day 27- Sao Paulo, Brazil

day 28- Sao Paulo, Brazil

A month may sound like a long time and a long trip, but in reality it is going to be a whirl wind of a trip. We are going to be doing a lot of traveling and always on the move. No regrets though, it will all be worth it.... 

Plus Steph and I always have a good time, so im sure we will make the most of all our hours upon hours of traveling between cities and countries!
